You may purchase display advertising to appear in HEARSAY, the CCBA monthly newsletter. Rates and copy, size, artwork and format requirements are set forth below.

ELECTRONIC FILE SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
All ad submissions must be sent in either a press-ready PDF, EPS, or JPEG format. When submitting as a PDF, make sure the output settings are for "press-ready", and that "embed all fonts" is selected. For EPS documents, please make sure the file is saved as Illustrator CS3 or earlier EPS versions, and make sure all fonts are outlined. JPEG ad submissions need to be built at the exact dimensions of the ad and need to be CMYK at a minimum resolution of 300dpi.

Ad submissions in Word, MS Publisher, or other non-industry standard press formats are not acceptable, and would have to be converted or rebuilt by Hearsay production to conform to the above specifications at the flat-rate fee of $40.
